Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage

Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD) is a specialised reflexology technique that focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. Developed by award-winning reflexologist Sally Kay, RLD is designed to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which helps to reduce swelling (lymphoedema), boost the immune system, and promote overall wellbeing.

The lymphatic system plays a vital role in the body’s ability to fight infection and maintain fluid balance. When it becomes sluggish or blocked—due to surgery, illness, or lifestyle factors—fluid can build up and cause discomfort, swelling, and fatigue.

Clients may benefit from RLD for a range of conditions, including:

  • Lymphoedema (especially post-cancer treatment)

  • Arthritis and inflammation

  • Chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia

  • Sinus problems and headaches

  • Digestive issues

  • General detoxification and immune support

Many clients report a noticeable reduction in swelling, improved energy levels, and a sense of deep relaxation following treatment.
